If you have identified that you need first aiders in your workplace, they will need to achieve a certificate of competence in First Aid at Work (FAW). The FAW course must include a minimum of 18 hours of training delivered in no less than three days. The FAW course includes the content of the one-day
Emergency First Aid at Work course and equips the first-aider to apply first aid to a range of specific injuries and illnesses.
Qualification
First Aid at Work – FAA Level 3
The certificate is valid for three years, and before the expiry date, first aiders will need to undertake a First Aid at Work Re-qualification course to obtain another 3-year certificate.
